Lemon Thyme or 'Golden Variegated' Thyme has a light, lemony flavor which makes it a wonderful culinary herb. It is lovely in fruit salad and other summer dishes.

Sun: Full sun to part shade.

Soil: Well-drained.

Water: Thyme will rarely need watering unless experiencing prolonged periods of dryness.

Zones: 5 to 9.

Height/Spread: When mature, Lemon Thyme will grow to be only 6 inches tall with a spread of 14 inches.
