Sudachi is a cross of Mandarin Orange and Yuzu. Sudachi fruit is often picked green when its flavor is most pronounced.The special, spicy juice from Sudachi fruit is used in soups, fish dishes, ice cream, and other desserts. It has more Vitamin C than do lemons.
